The study of business situations, activities, and decisions where issues of right and wrong are addressed.
Business ethics is principles moral that standard business conduct accepted by dealer community and business world. It is a set of values and rule which encompasses rule that is thread and thrum in business operation. Normally government, public, competitor and individual determine what that could be accepted general. For example, an entrepreneur that is ethical normally is someone honest and trustworthy. On 8th of November 1983, Malaysia Practice Business Ethics(MPBE) has been launched by Trade and Industries Minister of Malaysia. This ethic is government effort to raise a sense among traders so that have moral and social responsibility. This ethic created because pressure movement which states on various increase unhealthy practice, for example service that is unsatisfactory and wastage product in market. This business ethic purpose is to ensure every human that involving in the areas of business eluded from all bad manner nature (mazmumah) and decorate with qualities
admirable (mahmudah).
